Description:

Instructions for Use: 
PSS usage guide: 
①Lift the plastic cover in the direction of the arrow on the aluminum cover, tear off the easily removable aluminum-plastic combination cover, and remove the rubber plug with aseptic operation.

Agar medium plate(spread plating): 
a.The MD Pro quality control strain was placed in the center of the AGAR medium plate. 
b.0.1mL of compound solution was directly dropped into the MD Pro quality control strain 
c.Wait for 30 seconds, MD Pro quality control strain dissolved. 
d.Apply the bacterial solution evenly to the AGAR with a sterile coating stick. 
e.Before inversion and cultivation, the lid is opened to allow the water to evaporate, ensuring that no water on the surface of the agar plate slips off the plate. 
f.The appropriate culture method was selected for inverted culture.

Membrane filtration: 
a.Pour the MD Pro quality control strain into the liquid sample. 
b.After tightening the cap, the bottle is shaken by whirlpool or repeatedly, so that it is mixed with the sample. 
c.Filter samples using standard test methods. 
d.Take the filter membrane and paste the bacterial side on the agar medium plate

Agar medium(pour plate method): 
a.Take 1mL of the compound solution and place it in a sterile empty plate. 
b.The MD Pro quality control strain was placed in a compound solution in a plate. 
c.Wait for 30 seconds, MD Pro quality control strain dissolved. 
d.Inject 15-20mL agar medium melted at a temperature of no more than 45℃, and shake the plate to make the bacterial solution evenly distributed. 
e.After the agar medium solidified, the appropriate culture method was selected for inverted culture.

PGP usage guide: 
a.Take 1 bottle of solution (1.1mL) and 1 bottle of MD Pro quality control strain. 
b.Paste the corresponding spare label on the resolution bottle. 
c.Lift the plastic cap in the direction of the arrow on the aluminum cap, tear off the easily removable aluminum-plastic combination cap, remove the rubber plug in aseptic operation, pour the MD Pro quality control strain into the resolution bottle, and tighten the resolution screw cap again. 
d.The vortex oscillates for at least 10 seconds to ensure that the tiny globules are completely dissolved, that is, the desired bacterial suspension is obtained. 
e.The bacterial suspension is removed and used according to standard detection methods. 1.1mL bacterial suspension, containing 10 doses of 0.1mL, each 0.1mL bacterial suspension contains 10-90 CFU of pure active bacteria. 
f.After the strain redissolved, if placed at room temperature, should be used within 2 hours; If stored at 2-8℃, it can be used within 24 hours, and the swirl oscillates for 10 seconds before each use of the strain resolution.
